2. Cancellations

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you request a cancellation, the applicable airline or supplier fees will apply. Refund eligibility depends on the fare rules and service provider policies.

  • Agency Service Fee: A non-refundable service fee may be applied to cover administrative costs.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain discounted or promotional fares are strictly non-refundable.


3. Changes & Modifications

  • Date/Time Changes: Allowed only if permitted by the airline or supplier. Additional charges may apply.

  • Name Changes: Most airlines do not allow passenger name changes once a ticket is issued. Minor corrections may be possible, subject to airline rules and fees.

  • Other Modifications: Hotel and service bookings are subject to supplier modification policies.


4. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are processed only if the booking rules allow. Some fares may be fully or partially non-refundable.

6. Agency Liability

  • Our agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers.

  • We will, however, assist in processing your claim or refund request in accordance with the supplier’s policies.
